Sweet And Healthy Pizza Crust


Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sweet And Healthy Dough Mix
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil


  • In a food processor combine dry and wet ingredients. Then pulse until blended. If batter appears dry, add a bit more olive oil.    
  • Form dough into balls of desired size. 
  • Cover dough balls with a towel and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Using a rolling pin, roll the ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Form into desired shape, size and thickness.  
  • Pinch the edges and brush them with olive oil.
  • On a pizza stone or, preferably a mesh pizza screen, bake at 375℉ for 8-12 minutes or until crust browns slightly.          
  • Take pizza out of the oven and top with your favorite sauce, seasonings, or cheese and toppings.
  • Bake at the same temperature for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese starts to brown. Enjoy!!
