Sweet and Healthy Pancakes


Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ⅔ Cups Sweet And Healthy Decadent Dough Mix
  • Cup Arrowroot
  • ¾ Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2-4 Tablespoons Of Date, Coconut or Maple Sugar or Natural Sweetener from SweetAndHealthyBlends.com

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil, Melted Coconut Oil or Softened Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk, Buttermilk or Whole Milk
  •  ½ Cup Water


  • In a food processor, pulse dry ingredients.    
  • Separately combine wet ingredients and pour into food processor and pulse. 
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes. (If batter becomes too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency.)   
  • Pour ⅓ cup batter onto a lightly greased pan on medium low heat or preheated griddle to 350℉.
  • Flip when bubbly and cooked to done.
