Sweet And Healthy EXTREME Low Sugar Carob Chip or Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients
  

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ Cups Sweet And Healthy Dough Mix
  • ¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¾ Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • ¾ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Allulose/Monk(1 to 1) Fruit Sweetener
  • ¼  Cup Unsweetened Carob Powder Or Dutch Chocolate Powder
  • ½ Cup - 1 Cup Unsweetened Carob Chips Or Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips 

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sugar Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Melted Coconut Oil Or Softened Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • Optional - For a Mint Twist add ½ teaspoon of pure mint extract!

Instructions
 

  • In food processor, blend dry ingredients except the carob or chocolate chips. Separately blend the wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to the food processor and pulse the mixture.
  • Fold in 1 cup of carob or chocolate chips, saving a handful for the topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes preheat oven to 340°F.
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator , form it into desired cookie size and place on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.
  • Press a few additional chips onto each cookie.
  • Bake at 325°F for 9-11 minutes or until done.
  • Cool for 5-10 minutes then transfer to wire cooling rack. 

Air Fryer

  • Air Fry at 300°F for 5 minutes or until done. 
  • Cool for 5-10 minutes then transfer to wire cooling rack.

Notes

MAXIMUM FRESHNESS – This is an all natural, no preservatives product. Please store in refrigerator or freeze.
For low fat and low calorie cookies… Use half recommended amount of oil or butter. Option to substitute apple sauce for other half.
For vegan cookies… Substitute appropriate amounts applesauce, flax seed, or mashed banana for eggs
