Sweet and Healthy Easy Chocolate Mug Cake


  • 6 Tablespoons Sweet and Healthy Decadent Dough Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon plus 2 Teaspoons Coco Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Allulose/Monkfruit or 1 to 1 sweetener of choice
  • Teaspoon of sea salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of Milk of Choice, (if using liquid sweetener, like Maple Syrup use 2  tablespoons of milk of choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract


  • Place all ingredients in a microwaveable mug and mix well.
  • Place mug in microwave and heat on high for 30 seconds.
  • Take out and check to see if “fork” done.
  • Because microwaves vary in heat, if more time is needed, place back in microwave and heat for 15 seconds on high until “fork” done.
  • You can repeat the process for an additional 15 seconds in microwave until “fork” done.
