Dessert Crepes

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Sweet And Healthy Decadent Dough Mix
  • ¼ Cup Arrowroot
  • ¼ Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Of Date, Coconut or Maple Sugar or Natural Sweetener from SweetAndHealthyBlends.com

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk, Buttermilk Or Whole Milk
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Oil, Melted Coconut Oil Or Softened Butter
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Of Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulse dry ingredients. 
  • Separately combine wet ingredients, pour into food processor and pulse.  
  • Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. (If batter becomes too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time to achieve a fluid consistency.)
  • Pour ⅓ cup of batter into center of medium heated pan. Take off burner and swirl in a circular motion, forming the crepe.
  • Cook on medium heat until first side is done.
  • Flip and cook crepe until done. Get creative and fill  with fresh fruit, nuts, honey, agave or filling of your choice. Fold into a crepe and serve with additional toppings. Crepes will store in refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze until ready to use.
