Sweet and Healthy Bread​


Mixing Bowl Method

    Leavening Ingredients

    • ½ Cup Warm Water (100 ºF)
    • Teaspoons Yeast
    • Teaspoons Maple Syrup

    Dry Ingredients

    • 2 Cups Sweet And Healthy Dough Mix
    • ¾  Teaspoon Of Fine Sea Salt
    • 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
    • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
    • ¼  Teaspoon Cream Of Tartar
    • 2 Teaspoons  Beef Gelatin 

    Wet Ingredients

    • 3 Large Eggs
    • ¼ Cup Sour Cream Or Plain Yogurt
    • ¼ Cup Melted Coconut Oil Or Softened Butter
    • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract


    • 2-4 Tablespoons  Date, Coconut or Maple Sugar or Natural Sweetener from SweetAndHealthyBlends.com
    • Or For Savory – 2-4 Tablespoons  Of Herbs Of Choice (Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley Etc) 


    • Mix Leavening Ingredients , Cover, And Set Aside For 6-10 Minutes
    • In Food Processor, Pulse Dry And Wet Ingredients Or Mix By Hand. 
    • Transfer To A Bowl And Fold In Leavening Mixture.
    • Pour Batter Into Greased Bread Pan.
    • Optional- Top With Chopped Nuts
    • Cover With Towel And Allow To Rise In 100 Degree Oven For  15-30 Minutes.
    • Bake At  340ºF For 40-45 Minutes Or Until Internal Temperature Reaches 196-200ºF
    • Allow To Cool For 5-10 Minutes And Transfer To A Wire Cooling Rack.
