Sweet and Healthy Bread Recipe

Mixing Bowl Method

Leavening Ingredients

½ Cup Warm Water (approximately 100ºF)

2 Teaspoons Yeast

2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup

 Dry Ingredients

2 Cups Sweet and Healthy Decadent Dough Mix

1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar

2 Teaspoons Beef Gelatin

¾ Teaspoon Sea Salt

OPTIONAL: 2 Tablespoons Herbs of Choice

 Wet Ingredients

3 Eggs

¼ Cup Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt

¼ Cup Melted Butter or Coconut Oil Melted

1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

OPTIONAL: 2-4 Tablespoons Sweet and Healthy Natural Sweeteners

Directions

Mix leavening ingredients, cover, and set aside for 6-7 minutes.

In a food processor, mix wet and dry ingredients.

Transfer to bowl and fold in leavening mixture.

Pour batter into greased bread pan.

Cover with towel and allow to rise for 15-30 minutes.

OPTIONAL: Top with chopped nuts.

Bake at 345ºF until golden or internal temperature reaches 196F.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes then transfer to wire cooling rack.

Bread Machine Method

Dry Ingredients

1 Bag Sweet and Healthy Decadent Dough Mix

¾ Teaspoon Sea Salt

1 ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder

OPTIONAL: 2 Tablespoons Herbs of Choice

½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

¼ Teaspoon Cream of Tartar

2 Teaspoons Instant Yeast

Wet Ingredients

3 Eggs

¾ Cup Warm Water

¼ Cup Olive Oil or Coconut Oil

¼ Cup Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt

1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1-2 Tablespoons Natural Sweetener from SweetAndHealthyBlends.com

 Directions

In bread maker, mix wet and dry ingredients EXCEPT yeast.

Add yeast on top.

Set bread machine on basic or low carb setting.

When done, leave in pan for 5-10 minutes then transfer to wire cooling rack.
