Sweet and Healthy Air Fry Mix


Dry Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sweet and Healthy Decadent Dough Mix
  • Cup * Arrowroot or Corn Starch or Potato Starch 
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 9 Tablespoons Seasoning of Choice -Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Herb, Italian -Add more seasoning to taste.

Air Fry Egg Wash

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Milk or Buttermilk or Whole Milk


Prepare Egg Wash:

  • Beat eggs and milk together until well combined.

Prepare Dry Mix Bowl:

  • Combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Coat the Food:

  • Dredge your food item into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Coat the item well with the Sweet and Healthy Air Fry Mixture.
  • Place coated item on parchment paper for 15-20 minutes to allow the coating to bond.

Preheat Air Fryer:

  • Preheat air fryer to manufacturer’s recommended temperature or consult an air fry chart for guidance.

Prepare Air Fryer Tray:

  • Spray air fryer tray or rack with preferred oil (e.g., Canola, Avocado, or Peanut).
  • Place coated items on tray, spacing them apart.

Air Frying Process:

  • Spray the entire top of the food items with oil.
  • Halfway through cooking, carefully turn the items over and spray with oil again.
  • For precise cooking, use a digital temperature probe to ensure food reaches its proper done temperature.


  • Once cooked, place the food items on a wire rack to cool for a few minutes before serving your Sweet and Healthy Air Fry creations.

Yellow Mustard Dredge - Coat your air fry item in a light coating of yellow mustard and place item into your Sweet And Healthy Air Fry Mixture- Coat well and place on parchment paper and allow to settle for 15-20 minutes. Follow the above air fry directions.
